The functions of the Secretariat are presently being performed, under contact, by the Centre for Chronic Disease Control (CCDC) which is a legal entity established at New Delhi for this purpose. The Secretariat is headed and managed by a Coordinator, Prof. K. Srinath Reddy.  The Foundation Council of IC-Health projects will be supervised by a Scientific Advisory Committee with each set of projects guided by Project Advisory Committees, such as the Primary Health Care Research Projects, Tobacco Control Research Projects and Nutrition Research Projects, which will include members with area related expertise. The Scientific Secretariat, at present contracted to Center for Chronic Diseases Control (CCDC), is the nodal research initiating and project developing body of IC-Health and aims to strengthen and advance the IC-Health agenda.
